Exeter Chiefs duo Tom Hendrickson and Jannes Kirsten will both appear before a virtual independent disciplinary panel tonight following incidents from last Saturday’s Gallagher Premiership clash with Worcester Warriors at Sixways.

Hendrickson received a red card for dangerous tackling, contrary to World Rugby Law 9.13, for an incident that occurred in the first half of the match, whilst Kirsten was cited following the final whistle for dangerous play in a ruck or maul, contrary to World Rugby Law 9.20a.

The cases will be heard by a panel comprising Gareth Graham (chair), Aidan O'Brien and Carl Bradshaw.

The duo will appear alongside London Irish’s Brad Davies and Curtis Rona, who have also picked up charges following their side’s clash with Leicester Tigers.

Coach Davis was charged with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the union and the game, contrary to RFU Rule 5.12, for shouting numerous comments of disrespect to the match officials during the match, while Rona received a red card for dangerous tackling, contrary to World Rugby Law 9.13.
