Join Exeter Chiefs Community's HITZ Programme

Exeter Chiefs Community are looking for an educational organisation to join their award-winning post-16 educational programme, HITZ.

For 15 years, HITZ has been Premiership Rugby's acclaimed education, cross sport employability programme that leverages rugby's core values to enhance the personal, social and employability skills of disadvantaged young people, particularly those who are NEET (not in education, employment or training) and disillusioned.

Options for alternative education is under an all-time high demand.

The goal is to guide these young individuals towards a brighter future by helping them progress into education, training or employment.

The team are seeking an educational provider to partner with the programme and support provision from September 2024.
